If you have friends who has established a workout routine, join them to get motivated! You can also ask a friend who you think might join you regularly to motivate each other to get to the gym.
Write a list of reasons why your goal is important
Post your list somewhere you will see it everyday. Remember why you want to get fit and let the message inspire you.
