Welcome to another edition of the Thursday Healthy Living Series. This week, let’s take a look at a few items you may want to consider to stay healthy with a busy lifestyle; and we’re all busy these days. I mean, who isn’t!? Consider adding Apple Cider Vinegar to your diet. Not only does it help control blood sugar levels, it also helps you keep your appetite under control.  One of the best parts of apple cider vinegar is that it helps prevent fat buildup if taken regularly.  Add it to a salad in place of a creamy dressing or add some to your green tea. Another great addition to your diet when life gets busy is Royal Jelly.  This magic substance enhances your immune system which is a necessity when the kids go back to school.  Another, and perhaps the best part of royal jelly is that it is believed to help slow the signs of aging, and who doesn’t want that?!  Just add a bit to your morning cup of coffee or take it as a pill supplement with your morning coffee. Pickled garlic sounds like an intense snack, but it really quenches those salty cravings and helps ward off potential bacterial and viral infections, keeping you in tip-top health. Garlic is also a great way to reduce blood pressure and lowering cholesterol.
