Get Dressed
Similarly, put on real clothes every day. Just because you don’t have to get ready for a professional office job doesn’t mean you can’t get ready for the day. Staying in pajamas all day isn’t good for your morale and self-esteem. Real clothes can also help you manage a healthy weight; sweatpants stretch and can allow pounds to sneak up on you.
Play Music
Not only does music cause bouts of spontaneous dancing, it makes people happy. Music is also a great motivational tool to workout.
These three tips help you feel good on the inside which makes you more likely to pick up healthy lifestyle habits.
