A TINY terrier the size of a coke can is vying to be named the world’s smallest dog. Little Meysi is 7cm tall, 12cm long and weighs just half a pound — about the same as a hamster. She was so small at birth her owner mistook her for a bit of placenta and nearly threw it in the bin before noticing it moving. The puppy, now three months old, was born 16 times lighter than the heaviest of her five siblings in Jarocin, Poland.
