Waiter Stands up for Boy with Down Syndrome

A Houston waiter is being hailed as a hero after defending 5-year-old Milo Castillo who was born with down syndrome. The waiter, Michael Garcia, refused to serve a family who asked to be re-seated further away from the child, in addition to multiple discriminatory comments. Garcia’s kindness left a big impression on Milo, his mother, and many others around the country.
