Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Get started on the right foot with a healthy smoothie, full of vitamins! But why stop at one?! Thanks to The Domestic Geek, you can enjoy a new smoothie flavor every day of the week! But before we start blending, here are some tips to consider when creating smoothie greatness:

Tips for Smoothies

  • Use frozen fruit
  • Add liquid to the blender first, so that the blender doesn’t struggle to mix up all the ingredients.
  • Pre-package your smoothies. That way, you can make your morning breakfast prep a million times easier!


Monday: Sunny Tropical Yellow Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Frozen mango
  • Frozen banana
  • Grated ginger

Tuesday: Orange You Glad it’s Not Monday Anymore Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen orange, peeled
  • 1/2 frozen peach
  • 1 shredded carrot

Wednesday: Ruby Red Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Frozen watermelon

Thursday: Purple Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Frozen blackberries
  • Freshly pitted cherries

Friday: Green Goodness Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 peeled and frozen kiwis
  • 1 frozen avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 handful of greens
