There’s nachos… and then there’s nachos done right!
This video is the perfect recipe tutorial for doing your Big Game nachos up right! You won’t find any chips left out of the topping party on this pizza platter (check out the video to see what we mean by that)! Let Chef Buck be your nacho guru on game day for some truly epic eats!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 oz. can kidney beans
- 16 oz. can fat free refried beans
- Corn tortilla chips (thick)
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, sliced and pickled
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 8-10 oz. cheese, shredded
- 2-3 green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1-2 tbsp. cumin
- 2-3 tbsp. chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
