This super healthy smoothie tastes like a treat you’d have when cheating on your normally healthy diet, but it’s actually packed full of nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of ice (skip this ingredient if you’re using frozen fruit)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tsp. honey
Also consider other fruits like peaches or bananas. A great way to sneak in some green veggies is to add a few leaves of spinach for extra vitamins that you won’t be able to taste.  This is a great afternoon snack for kids or the perfect way to start your busy day.
