As a 4-star general, Stanley McChrystal shares what he learned about leadership and how leaders impacted his career and life in the Army. One of the most determined and pressing lessons he learned is that failure isn’t the end of a situation.  Teamwork and communication are the primary tools needed to solve issues and re-build ‘failure.’ As times change, we must adapt to various changing situations. Again, McCrystal comes back to an important theme of teamwork and relationships. Generational differences and skill sets make us all different. While we can adapt to different situations, our different experiences and understanding of these differences help leaders learn to lead. Who are some leaders you look up to?
