Terri Barnes has been sharing stories about the Military lifestyle in a weekly column for Stars and Stripes since 2007. Having moved over 15 times due to her husband’s Military career with the Air Force, Terri has plenty to share when it comes to victories and challenges of Military life.
With 7 years of published articles under her name, Terri decided to combine a selection of these columns into a bigger story about Military life in her new book Spouse Calls: Messages From a Military Life which was released March 1, 2014. She hopes that the book will give civilians a better understanding of Military culture and to bridge the gap between the civilian way of life and that of the Military.
