Banana Ice Cream

What you’ll need

  • 1 banana per person
  • A blender
  • Toppings such as shaved almonds and berries
Slice a banana. Blend your banana until the texture becomes ice cream-like. Add toppings and enjoy!  

Cacao Cinnamon Yogurt

What you’ll need

  • Greek plain non-fat yogurt
  • Cacao nibs
  • Ground cinnamon
Add about 1 cup of yogurt per person, sprinkle cinnamon and cacao nibs over the yogurt.  

Chocolate Butter Rice Cakes

What you’ll need

  • Rice cakes
  • PB2
Mix the PB2 with a bit of water until the consistency becomes that of melted chocolate. Drizzle over the rice cakes and enjoy.  

Homemade Oatmeal Cookies

What you’ll need

  • Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • A blender
Blend the oats. Mash your banana until gooey. Mix the banana and oats together. Place cookies onto a cookie sheet (this recipe will yield about 4 cookies). Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Feel free to add additional fillings like raisins and dark chocolate chips for additional flavor.
