Earth Day is coming up; by which time warmer weather will hopefully allow your family to get outside and loving nature! Take advantage of the greenest holiday of the year by starting a small veggie garden with your kids. All you’ll need is a small area that you can set aside for soil, some seeds and a few plants that are already well on their way, so your kids are able to see some progress immediately. This is a great educational opportunity to get out into nature while bonding with your kiddos aged anywhere from about 4-13, and could even turn into a hobby for tweens and older! Get inspired by Rose Keppler‘s great gardening advice in the video above, and let us know about your gardening adventures!
