Marines Inspire Boston Marathon Amputee

Only one week after Celeste Corcoran suffered injuries resulting in the amputation of the lower half of both legs, she’s cracking jokes with Marines. A Marine who suffered similar injuries in combat walked into the hospital room that Celeste shares with her daughter, who was also injured in the Boston Bombings.  His prosthetic legs, honesty and words of encouragement really touched Celeste. It’s always great to see something so kind come from such a terrible event.
