According to the University of Scranton’s Journal of Clinical Psychology, losing weight and staying fit are 2 of the 10 most popular New Years resolutions for Americans in 2014.  Out of the individuals who took place in the journal’s research, only 8% of people succeed in achieving their resolution, and only 45% of people make a New Years resolution in the first place.

What’s the point in telling you this?
