Current Veteran affairs’ law prohibits treatment of infertility processes such as IVF.  However, a bill presented by Senator Patty Murray, Chairman of the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee introduces medical coverage to Veterans suffering from infertility as a result of Military service. The Women Veterans Health Care Improvement Act of 2012 lifts the ban on processes such as In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in hopes of men and women bearing a family.

What are your thoughts – should this bill be passed?
