Why not switch up your grilling menu this weekend? Instead of traditional fries, try these grilled potatoes and add a gourmet touch to the meal. Your friends and neighbors will smell dinner coming and be impressed at how easy and delicious this recipe turns out to be.
What you’ll need
Medium sized red-skin potatoes (1 for each person)
Fresh rosemary
Olive oil (enough to lightly coat potatoes)
Sprinkle of salt & pepper
1 smashed, whole garlic clove
How it’s done
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 or 1/2 inch slices
Add the potatoes to a large bowl with rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic
Toss until the olive oil coats the other ingredients
Heat the grill to a high heat
Add potatoes to heated grill and immediately lower heat to a medium temperature
With the lid of the grill closed, allow to cook for 8-10 minutes (checking them often to make sure they’re not burning)
Flip and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes
