1. Give yourself permission to be human

Allow yourself to fully experience all of your emotions, from the positive to the negative.

2. Simplify your life

Cut out the unnecessary distractions in your life so you can experience happiness from all angles.

3. Recognize the importance of the mind-body connection

Emotional health is directly linked to physical exercise, meditation, and deep breathing.

4. Focus on the positive

Happiness can come from what we already have.
