Whether dad is at home or on a deployment or training assignment, this simple gesture has a lot of heart.
  • If the kiddos are old enough to write, ask them to write a letter to their dad explaining why he’s the best.
  • If they aren’t quite able to write, help them draw a picture for him.
  • If you’ve got a newborn or young toddler, use a blank piece of paper for their footprints.
Once letters, drawings and prints are dried completely, fold up the paper into a heart envelope and give it (or send it) to their dad for his special day to celebrate his awesomeness (on June 15)!
