In 2005, during his second deployment to Iraq, Noah Galloway was severely injured by an IED, losing his left arm and left leg. After working through the mental and physical hurdles of his injuries, Noah has come a long way in the past 10 years. Reintegration led to depression and denial. One day, he decided that the best way to become a better father to his three children was to care more for himself. Eating better, developing a workout routine around his injuries, dedication and hard work eventually earned him the title of 2014 Ultimate Men’s Health Guy. The veteran and double amputee is now competing on season 20 of Dancing with the Stars. No loss of limb can hold back this superman!
