Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton helped USAF member Brian propose to his girlfriend Kim on live radio.
It must have been an emotionally draining day for Kim, who was overwhelmed that she was able to talk to the football star on the phone.
“You think this is cool, I think this is even cooler,” Newton said. “I think Brian has a question he wants to ask you.”
Brian shared some heartwarming words, and once he popped the big question, the nearly hysterical Kim was still focused on Cam Newton!
“Oh my gosh! I can’t believe Cam Newton [muffled by tears] is on the phone,” Kim said.
After a few moments, Kim was able to regain composure and accept Brian’s proposal. Her smile could be easily heard over the phone.
