Full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities are available for Apple Care At-Home Advisors.
Apple’s looking for individuals with troubleshooting experience and/or proven technical ability. If you enjoy the idea of customer service support work from your own home, and you have the ability to attend a period of online training sessions, this is an excellent opportunity for you! Work hours are flexible, allowing you to work between 5:00am CST and 11:30pm CST, weekends, and the opportunity to take on more hours depending on Apple’s needs.
For this position, you’ll need to pass Apple’s pre-employment assessment and a criminal background check. You’ll also need high-speed internet, a dedicated telephone land-line and a type speed of 35 words per minute or above.
