We stumbled across this great infographic from weighttraining.com. Who hasn’t had trouble keeping their weight under control? To make matters worse, it seems like the rules change every day. Eggs are good, eggs are bad. Carbs are good, carbs are bad. We like this infographic because it clearly shows the mechanics of losing weight. Did you know it takes 3,500 calories to burn off one pound of fat? It sure does put those late night cookies in perspective.
