A Navy Mom’s Birthday Surprise

Bev Browning knew that her husband was up to something on her 54th birthday, she just didn’t know exactly what. After treating her to a nice birthday dinner, Tim told his wife that the next phase of her special evening would be spent at a midnight madness sale. But, on the way to the shopping extravaganza, Tim had to make an emergency burger stop. This is where their son John, who had recently joined the Navy and hadn’t seen his family in months, came in and sat beside his mom who did a double take before knowing how to react.
