When you think spring, do you think about how much like a fairytale it can be — with fairies sprinkling magic pixie dust to make the flowers grow, rainbows coloring the sky, and pretty dresses flittering about under bright, warm skies? Well, we do! And SpouseLink was recently lucky enough to have the opportunity to sponsor the StoryBook Ball at NAS Jacksonville in February.
Princes and princesses were accompanied by their parents, all decked out in their royal finery! SpouseLink Ambassador Emily had a great time handing out glow bracelets to all the kids who enjoyed wearing them, especially on the dance floor where they could really shine! There was also a dinner buffet that included a dessert bar of delectable royal treats.
Beloved princesses Ariel, Belle, and Rapuznel and others were there to great the sold-out crowd of more than 175 people. Emily even met a longtime AAFMAA Member who had brought his two little girls to the party! HOW COOL!
