The Pentagon Channel explains the common challenges faced by Military kids around the world and some new resources to help them adjust and thrive in new situations, no matter their physical location. Social, educational and geographical factors are taken into account with new programs, making the overall transition easier for MilKids and families.

Class placement and athletics are taken into account , even when students transfer mid-year.  Classes can also be taken online, no matter where their families are stationed.

For more information on transition and adjustment help and advice, visit MIC3: Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission.
