Fall Recipe: Apple Almond Butter Overnight Oats

In this week’s installment of What’s Cooking Wednesday, Healthy Grocery Girl shows us a tasty fall treat that’s quick, easy, convenient and is sure to be a hit with adults and kids alike!

What you’ll need (per person)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 apple
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

There are so many health benefits to this quick autumn breakfast: everything from fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids to vitamins C and E.
