Ding, Dong. Your National Pizza Day and National Bagel Day deliveries have arrived. Okay, maybe they’re not actually going to be delivered. But you can still celebrate both of these tasty snacks on February 9.

And what could be better than putting pizza toppings on an everything bagel — we all love them both, don’t we? On their own, they make great after-school snacks for hungry Military Kids or “easy night” dinners for exhausted Military Spouses!

Whenever you serve them — and however you serve them — these classic combos of cheese, sauce and donut-shaped bread rolls are sure to please. So get ready to dig into the 3 fun, simple recipes we’ve got served up for you below!

1. Gourmet

Let’s start with the really good stuff. You know, the stuff that’s supposed to be better than everything else? Okay, so you may be surprised by how “normal” this chef (Ben Yakas) looks, but he does make a good point: you can be gourmet at home.

To pull this recipe together you’ll, of course, need the basic pizza fixin’s: bagels, your favorite cheeses, a tasty tomato sauce, and your toppings — from herbs to veggies to meats. This chef also suggests downing a nip of whiskey to help rid yourself of that pesky fear of the word “gourmet”. See the full recipe and the the how-to from Gothamist below.

2. Home-Baked

So easy, your kids can do it! Which means you can just sit back, relax, and prepare to eat! Well, maybe it’s not that easy, but… it’s close.

Just like the gourmet version — it’s all just variations on pizza, after all. Simply gather your ingredients together: bagels, deli meats, mozzarella, pepperoni, and your other favorites. Then you’ll be baking them up in a deep-set pan lined with foil in a 350° oven. Load your toppings, put it in the oven and let it go. See the fast-and-easy how-to from Leti.

3. Restaurant-Style

First of all, you’ve got to “see” what Vito does with his bagels. Then, you can watch him turn bagels and all the other standard pizza toppings into a satisfying snack worthy of being set in front of you at a restaurant.
