There’s a new, free 20-page guide for Veterans and MilFams to overcome the challenges associated with higher education and career training in the Military community. The research for this guide was conducted by Ron Kness, who retired with 36 years of Military service. His assignment as Supervisor of Military Personal Services helped him build extensive knowledge on topics such as education benefits, GI Bills, scholarships, grants and loans for post-secondary education.

This book is a fantastic starting point for Veterans looking to undertake a service-to-school transition, Military Spouses and anyone within the Military community looking to go back to school or undertake some sort of career training. The guide offers over 150 resources with links and descriptions of each.

The Higher Education Resources for Veterans and Their Families guide is free and can be accessed at the Online Colleges Database.
