It’s that time of year again. You know, that couple of weeks just before the New Year when you promise yourself that you’ll make up for the holiday binging once Times Square ball drops.  While it’s completely and totally fine to enjoy some decadence this holiday season, also keep these simple and painless tips in mind to offset the holiday calories.

Drinking water will not only keep you hydrated, it also helps with portion control when the holiday feasts seem endless.

Housework-out

Holiday parties. Holiday suppers. Holiday dishes….  Guests, treats and holidays in general can get pretty messy. Get into the clean-up process with some music and movement. Work off those calories by scrubbing, lifting and dancing! It might sound strange, but you’re killing 2 birds with 1 stone; you’ll feel great and the house will look fabulous!
